Equinox in Nature

In the beautiful setting of Cercedilla in this important time of the year, we will learn how to take our health in hand, strengthen our immune system before the cold and connect with Nature with powerful energy exercises - heartbodymindfulness, cardiac coherence thibetan and neuromovement. We will discover some plants of the season and learn about their health properties. We will also have a succint look into how to make essential oils and creams. 

Being in Nature allows us to connect with the elements and you will find out which is the element you are more comfortable with and which element can bring more balance in your life.

To accompany Nature's cycle, it is time to calm down, to focus and deepen into our projecs so that they can germinate and come into reality.

Transport to Cercedilla and food/drinks will be supplied by each participant. Please make for one hour journey from Alcobendas/San Sebastian de los Reyes to Cercedilla. Bring the right equipment, walking sticks, boots, suncream, hat, sunglasses, raincoat, yoga mat as you see fit. We will request your starting point and contact so as to organize the transport ecologically if you wish so

We will walk several km in the country but we are not certified guides. Your children (older than 4 and teenagers) can come and will be at all times under your responsibility. They are welcome to join and benefit from all the activities without disrupting any.

You will be offered a little souvenir at the end of the day.

In case of bad weather conditions, the event will be cancelled and you will be fully reimbursed.
